Pellegrino is a master of making complex ideas easy to understand. No jargon, no fluff — just crystal-clear concepts that stick with you.

He says he first learned the importance of such an approach when he began teaching English in Spain in 1985. “The country had just joined the EU and public sector officials were desperate to learn new language skills that would help them work more effectively with their European counterparts. My clients were ready to invest significantly in my services, but they demanded practical, real-world skills and tools. There was no room for theoretical ‘fluff.”

Nonetheless, Pellegrino is well-grounded in theory, holding two Master’s degrees – one from The University of Leeds in the UK and another from The University of Oslo in Norway. With additional qualifications in psychology, NLP, and pedagogics, he has a solid formal foundation to support his craft on stage.
